What is the Wellastore App?
The Wellastore App is an all-in-one platform for hair professionals to shop Wella products, explore inspiration and trends, and access AI-powered consultation tool — all at your fingertips.
What is InspoLab, available in the Wellastore App?
InspoLab is an AI-based consultation feature designed to complement professionals' expertise, helping hair stylists conduct client consultations with confidence and achieve precise color results, while providing data-driven recommendations and creative inspiration in your salon.
How can I use the Barcode Scanner in the app?
The Barcode Scanner lets you instantly scan, shop, and reorder your favourite Wella products. Simply hold your product and access the scanner next to the search bar or in the More menu to scan and shop instantly, ensuring you never run out of essentials and can easily restock your salon.
Can I track my past orders and manage favourites?
Yes! The app allows you to view your order history, save and reorder favourites, and add out-of-stock products to your Watching List to receive notifications once back in stock.
How does the Digital Shade Chart and Conversion Guide help my salon?
The Digital Shade Chart lets you view realistic hair color results directly on your mobile screen, while the Conversion Guide helps match Wella formulas to other brands, making color recommendations and product ordering quick and accurate.
How do I access & download invoices?
This is currently not available in the mobile app – please log into WellaOne online where you will be able to access and download your invoices for past orders.
How do I find contact details for Wella?
From the ‘More’ tab, there is a link to the ‘Contact Us’ page with details.
Is live chat available in the app?
There is no live chat in the App, if you require any assistance call our customer service on 02039011163.
Can I add to favourites?
Yes, there is a heart icon on the PDP next to the ‘Add to cart’ where you can add to favourites. The favourites are the same as the website favourites, so anything you add from the app will be reflected in the website, and vice versa.
How do I report any issues with the app to the Wellastore team?
