What is Wella RED?
Wella RED is an exclusive, business partnership programme, focusing on three key pillars community, education and rewards. Wella RED is open to our Wella salon owners across the UK&I provided they meet our entry requirements.
What are your entry requirements?

How do I sign up?
Registration is easy with a simple, online form that you can access here. For more information on our entry requirements and to discuss how Wella RED can support your business growth, please contact your Wella sales representative who can talk you through the registration process.

How often do my points get updated?
Your points will be updated on a monthly basis.
Will my points rollover to the following year?
Wella RED runs on an annual basis in line with our Wella fiscal year. The current Wella RED year begins 1st July 2022, and all points need to be redeemed by 31st August 2023.
I used to be a My Salon Advantage Customer, what happens to my accrued points?
All MSA eligible customers will have their FY22 accrued points loaded onto the Wella RED platform to spend after registration. All points need to be redeemed by 31st August 2023. Customers cannot be part of both My Salon Advantage and Wella RED programmes at the same time.
I've hit redeem, why haven't I received any emails yet?
Please check your spam/junk folder. Emails will come from email@example.com, please add this to your safe sender list.
How long does the redemption process take?
The full process can take up to 28 working days.
Can I return a reward?
Rewards are non-returnable once received. Should your goods be damaged or faulty, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Where will my prizes be sent to?
To the address you entered on your registration form, but you will be prompted to check this is correct and can amend this during the redemption process.
Where is my order?
The full process can take up to 28 working days, if you haven’t received your rewards post this date, please contact email@example.com who will be able to assist you.
How do I download Wella RED app to my phone?
When you visit www.wellared.com on your mobile device, you'll see a pop-up appear with a prompt to download the Wella RED app to your smartphone. The prompts are different dependent on your smartphone, see below for how to download on Samsung devices and iPhones.
Android, including Samsung phones: you'll see a pop-up appear asking you to click a button to install this onto your phone. Once you click this button and the install has completed, you'll see the Wella RED icon appear in your apps.
iOS, including iPhones: you'll see instructions to download this to your homescreen - simply follow these by:
1. clicking the box with an arrow on the bottom/top tab bar
2. scroll through the options available and select 'Add to Home Screen'
3. once the download has completed, you'll see the Wella RED icon appear in your apps.
