What is Wella RED?

Wella RED is an exclusive, business partnership programme, focusing on three key pillars community, education and rewards. Wella RED is open to our Wella salon owners across the UK&I provided they meet our entry requirements.

What are your entry requirements?

Wella RED has three tiers, based on your annual net spend with Wella and the brands that you stock in your salon. If you want to learn more, please contact your Wella sales representative, or if you’re an existing Wella RED member, please click here for more details.

How do I sign up?

Registration is easy with a simple, online form that you can access here. For more information on our entry requirements and to discuss how Wella RED can support your business growth, please contact your Wella sales representative who can talk you through the registration process.

How often do my points get updated? Will my points rollover to the following year?

Your points will be updated on a monthly basis.
Wella RED runs on an annual basis, aligned with our Wella fiscal year. The Wella RED year begins on July 1st of the current year, and all points must be redeemed by August 31st of the following year.

I've hit redeem, why haven't I received any emails yet?

Please check your spam/junk folder. Emails will come from points@wellared.com, please add this to your safe sender list.

How long does the redemption process take?

The full process can take up to 28 working days.

Can I be part of both My Salon Advantage and Wella RED programmes at the same time?

Customers cannot be part of both My Salon Advantage and Wella RED programmes at the same time.

Can I return a reward?

Rewards are non-returnable once received. Should your goods be damaged or faulty, please contact points@wellared.com.

Where is my order? Where will my prizes be sent to?

The full process can take up to 28 working days, if you haven’t received your rewards post this date, please contact points@wellared.com who will be able to assist you.
To the address you entered on your registration form, but you will be prompted to check this is correct and can amend this during the redemption process.
