How do I access & download invoices?
This is currently not available in the mobile app – please log into Wellastore online where you will be able to access and download your invoices for past orders.
How do I find contact details for Wella?
From the ‘home’ tab in the app, at the bottom of the page there is a link to the ‘contact us’ page with details.

From the ‘home’ tab in the app, at the bottom of the page there is a link to the ‘FAQs’ page with details.
Is live chat available in the app?
Yes for the countries that have this enabled for Wellastore, please go to ‘more’ in the bottom right hand corner and then ‘live chat’.
Can I add to favourites?
Yes, there is a heart icon on the PDP next to the ‘add to cart’ where you can add to favourites. The favourites are the same as the website favourites, so anything you add from the app will be reflected in the website, and vice versa.
How do I report any issues with the app to the Wellastore team?
Please use the same contact you have for the Wellastore website, and this will be cascaded to the correct team member.
